Bournheath Parish Council meets the last Tuesday of the month at Bournheath Village Community Centre, Claypit Lane except in February, April, June, August and December. All meetings are open to the public and start at 7.30pm; anyone wishing to attend the parish council meetings is very welcome.
The Annual Parish Meeting for 2017 was held on Wednesday 24th May and it will be held on Tuesday 22nd May 2018. This meeting is hosted by the parish council but is specifically intended for parish residents to set the agenda ‘for the purpose of discussing parish affairs’. Local Government Act 1972, part 1.
The Annual Parish Meeting is generally followed by the Annual Parish Council Meeting when the Chairman and vice-Chairman are appointed for the following municipal year.
